Aimed at formulating a programme to deliver services in a decentralized manner in line with the Local Governments Act 1997 and the Constitution of 1995.
Services Rendered
Community mobilization for participatory decision making for service delivery; institutional development and capacity building; strategic planning for public infrastructure; and testing of the programme through micro-works.
