Project Description
MBW was hired to undertake the civil/structural designs and supervise construction of phases 1 and 2 of the proposed Developments which included; a storied building (4 floors; open grounds, parking lot and beach reclamation; kitchen block; staff facilities; bars, swimming pool, gazebo, pizzeria, circulation areas and entertainment platform. The Client is to provide a fulltime clerk of works while MBW shall provide a part time supervising engineer to inspect every other day.
Services Rendered
Structural design of all facilities, civil engineering design of open grounds, parking lot and beach reclamation, preparation of detailed drawings & technical specifications and construction supervision.
